Navigating the Writing@CSUEB Website

Writing@CSUEB is a work in progress and includes five main sections.

• The ABOUT page provides an overview of the website and information about the Writing Subcommittee. 
• The WRITING AT EAST BAY page includes an overview of required writing courses, information on submitting curricular proposals for writing courses, and contact information for writing instruction experts on campus.
• The PRINCIPLES & POLICY page provides statements about writing pedagogy, writing across the curriculum, and writing in the discipline. You can also find CSU system and East Bay writing instruction policies on this page.
• The TEACHING MATERIALS page contains sample syllabi, low- and high-stakes writing assignments, and scaffolded major writing project sequences.
• The OTHER RESOURCES page has more general writing-instruction links and guidance for faculty who teach writing or use writing to teach.
